Old Ghost Towns - Never had a post office:

New Springseat

The New Springseat community was located about two miles east of Donie and thus 
also two miles east of the Trinity and Brazos Valley railroad. To the south was 
Zion and Old Springseat communities.  The land is drained by Spring Branch of 
the Buffalo Creek.

New Springseat Church (still existed in 1918)
