Spring Bank The Spring Bank community was located near Blount in the northeastern part of the county. African Americans established Brown's Creek community after Emancipation. Most migrated from the nearby area around Stewards Mill and Ward Prairie. Spring Bank contained Spring Bank Baptist Church and Spring Bank School.
