Dear Sirs: 
   I saw your father on yesterday and he 
was under the impression that your County Court
convened in Sept. but I notice from the citation served 
on you, you are commanded to appear on 3rd Monday 
in October.  This matter will come up during our next
term of District Court here and it will be impossible
for either of us to personally represent you in 
this case.  We suggest that you get some one at
Fairfield.  Mr. W. B. Moses or Ross Bell.  We can 
Co-operate with them if you like in the matter.
Offie Bonner was not properly served he tells me.
I have not been able to talk with him
over the matter as to what steps he expects
to pursue in the matter.  It seems clear that 
his Hill County property was [crossed out "perfectly"] 
community property and that the rent due 
and admitted by Judge Hardy in his answer
would in no wise belong to your father.
When you come up again we shall be
glad to talk over the matter with you.  the land 
in Hill Co. ought to be recovered if you are 
not bound by limitations and ???[innocent?] purchases 
by Judge H.
