Just a few lines tonight to tell you that we received the paper, and to thank you for sending it, and while it was a good piece there are lots of good things that could have been said and especially his kindness and willingness to help in case of sickness, his many sleepless night[s] watching over some one else, and many other things. I am just back from Erick, left there at 6 oclock and came by home and ate supper then on down to the Store. Erick is 35 miles West of here. We had one of the worst sand storms today that I have seen for a long time, the air is so full of sand that it is hard to breathe, I was out in it quite a bit and am chocked[sic] up with sand and cold. We trust that you are feeling good and that you are getting ready to come home with us this summer. With love, your Nephew, Son and Family /s/ Jim Lee
