Freestone County, Texas Obituaries The Bryan-College Station Eagle Tuesday, July 5, 2005 Felix Javier Aguirre Dec. 3, 1929 - July 2, 2005 BUFFALO - Services for Felix Javier Aguirre, 75, of Buffalo are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Jewett United Methodist Church. The Rev. David Banks will officiate. Burial will be at Buffalo City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Buffalo Funeral Home. Mr. Aguirre died Saturday at East Texas Medical Center in Fairfield. He was born in Matanzas, Cuba, and lived in Buffalo for four years. He was a civil engineer. He sang opera and was a member of Jewett United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Irma R. Aguirre of Buffalo; a son and daughter-in-law, Felix R. and Angela Aguirre of Warminster, Pa.; a daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Irma L. Aguirre and R. Scott Hale of Jewett; a brother, Manuel G. Aguirre of Matanzas, Cuba; a sister, Maria D. Aguirre of Matanzas, Cuba; and three grandchildren.
