Kenneth R. Ainsworth
July 11, 1947 - December 12, 2013

Kenneth R. Ainsworth, 66, of Fairfield, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013 in 
Fairfield.  Services were held Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at 
Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS.  Interment with military honors followed at 
Fairmont-Waco Cemetery in Mize, Mississippi.  Local arrangements were under the 
direction of Capps Memorial Chapel.

Ken was born July 11, 1947 in Magee, MS; to parents Ulius and Myrtis Thornton 
Ainsworth.  He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Army.  He married his 
wife Laretta on May 28, 1999.  Ken had been a Fairfield resident for over six 
years having moved from Mississippi.  He was a member of the Wilbur H. Bailey 
Post #5872 VFW, in Fairfield, TX.  He was also a member of the Dew Methodist 
Church.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Ted 
Michael Ainsworth and a granddaughter, Nikole Broderick.  

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Laretta of Fairfield; four step-children, 
Teresa Broderick and husband John of Rangely, CO; Terry Richardson and wife Lyn 
of Rangely, Co; Cricket Claussen and husband Cory of Palm Springs, CA; Nakina 
Powell and husband Vernon of Blue Mountain, CO; one brother, Paul J. Ainsworth 
and wife Clisa of Magee, MS; sister-in-law, Donna Ainsworth of Tupelo, MS; seven 
grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; two nieces, Kristy Buffington and Hope 
Thompson, both of Raleigh, MS.
