Alderman, 25, will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at 3:00p.m. at First Baptist Church in Teague. Rev. Darrel Beggs will officiate. Interment will follow the services at Cotton Gin Cemetery. Jay left his earthly life for his heavenly home on Thursday, September 20, 2007 in Dutch Harbor, Alaska. He was born in Teague and graduated from Teague High School with the Class of 2000. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology in the Spring of 2006 and was a member of the Beta, Beta, Beta Biological Honor Society. Jay attended First Baptist Church of Teague. He will always be known for his ever present humor. Not only was he a friend to all, everyone he knew felt like they were his best friend. He loved his family, his friends, hunting, fishing, and nature. His presence will be missed, but held in our hearts. He is survived by his parents, Joe Roger and Margie Alderman of Cotton Gin; two brothers, David Alderman & wife Amy of Sliver Thorne, Colorado, and Brian Alderman & wife Christine of Houston; one nephew, Dylan Alderman of Silver Thorne, Colorado; maternal grandparents, Ernest & Hazel Terry of Deming, New Mexico; three aunts, Andrea Whitaker & husband Joe of Ft.
