Freestone Co, Tx - Obit of Ann Eliza Odom (wife of James William Orand)  


Fairfield Recorder newspaper - June 11, 1886 edition 

"Died - Mrs. Orand, wife of J. W. Orand, a well known citizen of Ward Praire,
died last Monday.  The deceased was about 60 years old and came to this county
from Tennessee some 12 or 15 years ago.  She had been in rather feeble health
for a year or more and had been sick more or less for a month or two.  She
leaves a large family connection and many friends to mourn her loss.  Her
remains were interred in Lake Chappell cemetery."   [Actually was Day Cemetery
in the Ward Prairie community near Lake Chapel Cemetery.]
