Jerry L. Avery
(April 30, 1941 - December 22, 2013)


Jerry L. Avery, 72, of Fairfield passed away December 22, 2013. He was born 
April 29, 1941 in Kilgore to Noble and Dorothy Avery. He lived and worked in 
Grand Prairie, Texas until 2003 when he retired to Fairfield to property he has 
owned since 1976.

He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, 
Leslie; brother, Bob Avery and his wife Anita; sister, Deborah DeeAnn Sullivan 
and husband Todd; step-father, Barney Crouch and wife Bobbie; nephews, Chad Avery 
and wife Nickie, Josh Avery and wife Brandie; nieces, Kristyn Lowrance and 
husband Bill and Teresa O'Dell; great nieces and nephews Aby, Hudson, Kaitlin 
and Jordyn. 

In accordance with Mr. Avery's wishes he will be cremated and a memorial service 
for family and friends will be held at a later date.
