Mrs. Mae Barker Dies at Corsicana

CORSICANA, Texas - Funeral services for Mrs. Mae Barker, 64, who died in a
clinic here Monday, were held Tuesday from the First Baptist Church at St.
Elmo, with burial in the St. Elmo Cemetery.
Surviving are her husband, H. P. Barker of Corsicana; four sons, Jake Barker of
Winkler, Sims Barker of Navarro, and Ray Barker and Ellis Barker, both of
Dallas; nine daughters, Mrs. Cliff Coker of Eureka, Mrs. Hazel Knight, Mrs.
Duard Coker and Mrs. Modine Threadgill, all of Corsicana; Mrs. L. D. Moody and
Mrs. Ann Sturgeon, both of Dallas; Mrs.Bradford Haydon of Fairfield; Mrs. Elsie
Darden of Manson, Wash., and Miss Syble Barker of Mexia; seventeen
grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and three brothers, John Hagler of
Kaufman, Sims Hagler and Jack Hagler, both of Corsicana.
