Mr. Beldin was born February 28, 1921 in Wortham, Texas. He worked as a self-employed farmer/rancher. John Henry married Naomi Sterling Beldin on December 5, 1945 in Wortham, Texas. Funeral Services are set for 3:00 pm Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at Porter Chapel in Wortham. Reverends Jack and Ronnie Dabney will officiate. Interment will be held at the Wortham Cemetery. John Henry is survived by his wife Naomi Beldin of Wortham; sons Johnny Beldin of Mexia, and Jackie and Larry Beldin both of Wortham; daughter Patricia "Sissy" Holder of Thornton; sisters Ruth Sterling of Shiloh and Loretta Blackmon on Mexia; brother Chuck Beldin of Mexia; 15 grandchildren Jimmy Beldin, Rebecca Hall, Everett Beldin, Tina Kitchens, Tina Beldin, Brian Holder, Gary Holder, Cary Holder, Joe Beldin, Christie Roming, Angie Allen, Jennifer Woodall, Jessica Holder, Kirk Holder, and Lauren Beldin; 18 great-grandchildren Taylor Kitchens, Mikey Hall, David Holder, Daniel Kitchens, Kane Allen, Emily Hall, Xavier Allen, Rowdy Kitchens, Colby Woodall, Ryan Beldin, Paige Allen, Austin Woodall, Jayden Kitchens, and Madison Oeschle; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Beldin was preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Mary Beldin; brothers William Buster Beldin, Maurice Beldin, Pete Beldin, and Jody Beldin; and sisters Martha Whitley and Mary Dabney. Pallbearers are Brian Holder, Joe Beldin, Cody Woodall, Michael Hall, Billy Kitchens, and Harley Roming. Honorary pallbearers are Ricky Blackmon and Jerry Robinson. Arrangements were made by Porter Chapel in Wortham. --- Grandpa you are one of a kind. You have taught us how to laugh, love, play, and just to be happy with who we are and enjoy the simple things in life. We can never express how much you have touched our lives and everyone around you. You are loved by so many and will never be forgotten.
