In her 91 years of life, she touched many lives, but the most important lives were the lives of her children and grandchildren. Married on February 1, 1946 to the love of her life, Arthur Glen Bibby, they had three sons: Earl Glen, Wayne (survived by his wife, Sonya) and Joe Bibby & his wife Martina. After Arthur Glen Bibby passed away in 1968, Alice began a new journey in life. Committed to her family, Alice worked 20 years as a Directors Assistant Supervisor for the Pasadena Local Telephone Company, before retiring in 1987, and settling down in Teague Texas. Her grandchildren were her joy: Eric Bibby and his wife Paula; Michael Bibby; David Bibby; Kristy Boles and husband David; Brandi Stone and husband Trent; Carolyn Martinez; Christopher Martinez; Rachel Bibby; Tommy Bibby and wife Christina. Alice was blessed to have many great-grandchildren: siblings Meagan and Shae Bibby, siblings Shelbi and Garrett Bibby; siblings Dylan and Autumn Stone; siblings Blakely and Ellie Boles; and Jaxon & Cullen Bibby; and great-great grandchild Braxton Bibby. Alice had many friends, and her most devoted and loved was her long-time companion, Charles Richardson. Alice loved spending time quilting, winning at dominos and attending First Baptist Church in Teague, Texas. Family, friends and Charles Richardson helped craft the wonderful life she lived and the precious memories she enjoyed and spoke fondly of. Alice Bibby is the true definition of love and devotion. Alice was thankful for each and everyone near and dear to her and she felt truly blessed to have so much love in her life.
