Mexia Daily News - Feb. 13, 2006 edition Mrs. Artic Lee Donley Biggers TEAGUE - Funeral services for Mrs. Artic Lee Donley Biggers, 94, of Teague, were conducted today (Saturday, Feb. 11, 2006) at noon in St. James United Methodist Church. Officiating were the Rev. Reginald Russell, pastor, and the Rev. Roger Hunter of Jacksonville. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery at Teague, under direction of Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home. Mrs. Biggers, who died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2006, in Parkview Regional Hospital, was born Oct. 13, 1911, in Marlin. She was a Housewife and concessions stand operator, and was a member of St. James United Methodist Church. Mrs. Biggers had served as Sunday School Superintendent, was a member of the Methodist Women organization, the Senior Choir, and the Magnolia Burial Club. Surviving are daughters - Ara Lee of DeSoto, Patricia Hayews and husband, the Rev. Jimmie Hayes of Teague, and Beulah Donley of Amarillo; grandchildren - Coquiesa Jones and husband Roy, and Marcus Mason, all of Teague, Sandra Jones and husband Robert of DeSoto, Margaret Lightsey of Dallas, Willette Huckaby of Dallas, Cheryl Cleveland of Mesquite, Willie Sneed and wife Theresa of Hillsboro and Christopher (Little Billie) Sneed of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; special caretakers, Tammy Speights and Oletha Taylor of Teague, other relatives and friends. Serving as pallbearers were J.V. Robinson, Jr., Michael Henderson, Michael Carter, Alvin Dillard, Elmer Jackson, Joe Earl Jackson, Harry Johnson, Andrew D. Dillard, Roy Jones and Lonnie Charles Brydie.
