Barbara J. (Cox) Tate

Funeral services were held Sunday for Barbara Jane Tate, a former resident of
Fairfield who died Friday at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. She was living in
Dallas. Mrs. Tate was 84 years old and was born November 23, 1921 in Chehalis
Washington.

Services took place at Fairfield Cemetery where interment followed.

Mrs. Tate is survived by her daughter Bette and husband Ted Lyon of Dallas;
sons Mike Kelly and wife Monica of California and Jimmy Tate of Austin; four
grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents William and Gladys (Kirkwood) Cox and
her husband James Tate.

Arrangements were by Capps Memorial Chapel in Fairfield.
