G. D. "Buddy" Black

Services for Tehuacana native G.D. (Buddy) Black, 73, to be held Saturday at
10-:30 in Littlepage Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Victor Winkelman will officiate.
Buriel will be in Mart Cemetery. Black, born on May 2, 1916 had owned and
operated a service station and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Mart. He
died in the afternoon at a Waco hospital and was married on Nov. 2, 1938 to
Gertrude Lander in Mount Calm. Survivors are his wife; two sons; a sister; six
grandchildren and two brothers including Elmer Black of Groesbeck.
