George Lester Black

Services were held this afternoon in Houston for George Lester Black, 75, who
died Saturday in Houston. The Harvard First Baptist Church served as site of
the funeral rites. He is survived by his wife, Lillian, of Houston; three
brothers, Dee, Lee, and Elijah Black, all of Mexia; four sisters, Mrs. Cecil
McDonald of Mexia, Mrs. Lola Mae Kelly and Mrs. Cleone Campbell, both Teague
and Mrs. Irene Ellis of Sweeney.
