Mildred Blasingame Funeral Services Held Feb. 23 

Former Mexia resident, Mildred McDonald Blasingame, passed away Tuesday,
February 21, 2006 at Mother Francis Hospital in Tyler, Texas. She was born in
Limestone County on December 28, 1926 to Rufus and Bessie McBay. Mrs.
Blasingame graduated from Fairfield High School and attended Sam Houston State
University. She retired from Mexia State School, married Don Blasingame
November 30, 1981, and moved to Tyler, Texas. 

Besides being loved and cherished by her husband, she was loved and cherished
by her children, Diana McDonald of Ennis, Sandy and Darriel Pringle of Trinity,
Bubba and Diana McDonald of Mexia, Patti and Michael Charlton of Conroe, and
Nancy and Wayne Hughes of Groesbeck. She was also loved by her grandchildren,
Wade Pringle, Dana Cotton, Davi Bass, Justin Sukllivan, Brick Sullivan, Jay
Buck, Lyn Shaw, Jessica Young and her 13 great grandchildren. 

Funeral services were Thursday, February 23, 2006 at Swann-Woodspring Methodist
Church, Tyler, Texas with burial at Haven of Memories Memorial Park, Canton,
Texas. 

Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point, Texas was in charge of arrangements.
