Bond service will be at Teague

Funeral services for Dorothy Lavern Bond, 63, of Teague will be Saturday at 2 at
First Baptist Church of Teague, with the Rev. Gaylon Henry and the Rev. Henry
Davenport officiating.  Burial will be in Union Cemetery.

Mrs. Bond died Tuesday at Teague General Hospital.

She was born Dec 2, 1922, in Freestone County, and had lived all her life in 
Teague.  She was a housewife and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Guy Bond of Teague; two daughters, Sharon 
Johnson of Teague and Sue Fulton of Waco; two sisters, Lois Cochrum and Ruby
Satterwhite, both of Teague; one brother, Roy Christian of Rosenberg; and two
grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Troy Cochrum, Durwood Cochrum, Chelmer Satterwhite, Bennie 
Satterwhite and Roy Nolan Christian.
