Charles B. Bonnerup

Charles B. Bonnerup, 85, of Alvin, formerly of Teague, passed away Sunday, June
24, 2001, in Friendswood. 

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fairfield with
Pastor Jerry Bagwell officiating. Interment will be at George Cemetery in
Clayhill Community. 

Mr. Bonnerup was born Oct. 26, 1915, in Erie, Penn. He was a retired rancher
and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the VFW in Fairfield and of
the Trinity Lutheran Church in Fairfield. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara West Bonnerup. 

He is survived by sons, Chris Bonnerup of Alvin and James Bonnerup of Humble;
grandchildren, Amanda Kichty and Kristen Bonnerup; great grandson, Kendall
Kichty; brothers, Norman Bonnerup of Albert Lea, Minn. and sisters, Florence
Brzezenski, Esther Falksen and Lois Gayken, all of Albert Lea, Minn., Ruby
Baumgardner of Aurora, Colo. and Doris Broitzman of Northwood, Iowa.
