Emit Bullard
March 6, 1921 - December 29, 2013

Emit (Til) Bullard, 92, of Fairfield, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 in 
Palestine. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 1, 
2014 at Lake Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Bullard was born March 6, 1921 in Pittsburg, 
TX; to parents Robert T. and Henretta Stevenson Bullard. He had been a Fairfield 
resident since 1993. He was a retired sales manager from C & H Trucking. He 
served during WWII in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church 
of Fairfield. He was an endowed life member and Past Master of Jewel P. Lightfoot 
Lodge #1283 A.F. & A.M. in Dallas where he had received his 50 year pin. He was 
also a member of the York Rite Masonic Bodies. He was preceded in death by two 
wives, Elsie and Louise Bullard. 

Left to cherish his memory is a sister, Lee Crawford of Austin; four nieces and 
three nephews.
