FRANCES HOLMES BURLESON
Funeral services were held Sunday for Frances Holmes Burleson, 89, of Dew who 
died Friday, Jan. 2, in her residence.

Services were conducted at 2 p.m. by Rev. Donnie Suits at Bowers Funeral Home.

Burial followed at Lost Prairie Cemetery in Limestone County.

Mrs. Burleson is survived by her husband of seventy years, Tee M. Burleson of 
Dew; daughter, Carolyn Rains of Huntsville; son, Franklin D. Burleson of Houston 
and John T. Burleson and wife Debbie of Dew; eight grandchildren, Bernie Rains 
and wife Amy of Houston, Danielle Faught and husband Kent of Hot Springs, 
Arkansas, Amy Sanjana and husband Sharhukh of Pearland, Tia Schweitzer and 
husband Rich of Huntsville, Julie Grant and husband David of Fort Worth, 
Jennifer Phillips and husband Kent of Dew, Emily Stilwell of Dallas, John 
Michael Burleson and wife Haley of Lovelady; 11 great-grandchildren, Tyler and 
Sean Faught, Jordan Rains, Ava and Emma Sanjana, Cullen and Rowdy Phillips, Sara 
Schweitzer, Aiden and Elizabeth Grant and Clayton Burleson; and brother, J.R. 
Holmes and wife Hazel of Houston.

Arrangements were made by Bowers Funeral Home of Teague.
