Born to James and Wanda Burns. A devoted husband and father. He was a land surveyor for many years working in the DFW area and around the country. A Streetman Volunteer Fireman and a volunteer on the Fairfield Ambulance Service. He was a member of the T.S.P.S. and loved hunting and fishing. Survivors Include: Wife: Melinda Burns, Son: Ian James Burns, Daughter: Heather Rachel Burns who all reside in Streetman.
