Bro. Bo Davis officiate. Interment followed the services at Dew Cemetery. Mrs. Carter passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2007 in Palestine. She was a lifelong resident of Freestone County. Mrs. Carter enjoyed quilting and playing board games. She enjoyed spending time with her family. While her health permitted, she always kept a vegetable garden and loved to grow flowers. She is survived by one brother, William Grady McAdams & wife Dorothy of Simsboro; one sister, Louise Barton & husband Don of Dew; two special nieces, Geraldine McAdams of Lanely and Jill Bounds of Dew; numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
