SHINER, Texas — Memorial services for Robert Eugene Castro Jr., 29, of Shiner
are set for 2 p.m. Friday at the Shiner Baptist Church.

The Rev. Kenny Hibbs will officiate. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Capps Memorial Chapel in Fairfield.

Mr. Castro died Sunday in Fairfield as a result of an auto accident.

He was a recent graduate of Texas A&M University.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Shirley Ann Zissa and Mark S.
Myers of Spring Branch, Texas; his father and step-mother, Robert Eugene and
Karen Holster Castro of Humble, Texas; his grandparents, John A. and Irene M.
Zissa of Shiner; a brother, Brian Scott Castro of Selma, Texas; two half
brothers, Colin Castro and Aaron Castro of Humble; a step-brother, Michael Mraz
of Austin; special friend, Lisa Vestal of College Station; an aunt, three
uncles, a niece, two nephews and numerous great-aunt, great-uncles and cousins.
