"IN MEMORIAM
Died - June 19th, 1886, little Cora Chappell, aged 1 year, 9 months and 26 days.
The deceased was the daughter of Mr. John M. and Mrs. Mary Chappell, living four 
miles east of Fairifeld. Little Cora was their baby daughter and was specially a 
bright and promising child. She early showed a very sweet and affectionate 
disposition, and was the idol of her fond parents; and their hearts were sorely 
grieved when the sickle of Death cut down the tender little blossom of childish 
loveliness that had come, as they thought, to cheer and bless them. Grieve not, 
sad parents, you can meet your Cora again, after life's cares and troubles are 
over."
