Mexia Daily News - Aug. 26, 2003 edition Lucille Davis Chilton TEAGUE - Funeral services for Mrs. Lucille Davis Chilton, 84, a resident of Teague for 19 years, will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in Eighth Avenue Baptist Church. The Rev. Paul Gauntt, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, under direction of Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home-Teague. Mrs. Chilton, a member of Eighth Avenue Baptist Church, was born Jan. 3, 1919, in Quitaque, and died Monday in Teague. Visitation is scheduled for this evening from 5 until 7 o'clock at the funeral home. Surviving are two daughters, Wanda Phillips and Cindy Brooks, both of Teague; two sons and daughters-in-law, Floyd Douglas and Debbie Stonecipher of Teague, and Don and Helen Stonecipher of Point Enterprise; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Ronnie Pettigrew, A.D. Black, Joey Walker, Rocky Grandberry, Clyde Allen and David Sutherland.
