Billie (McNutt) Cochrum
July 10, 1937 - December 15, 2021

Funeral services for Billie Cochrum will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021 
at 2 pm at Union Cemetery Chapel near Freestone.

There will not be a visitation.

Mrs. Cochrum passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at StoneCreek of North 
Richland Hills.

Billie Ann Cochrum was born on July 10, 1937 in Teague to William & Mable McNutt. 
She graduated from Teague High School with the Class of 1955. She was a 
cheerleader and an active member in the band. Billie Ann married Durwood Cochrum 
on June 16, 1956 sharing over 65 years together. They lived in Corsican, San 
Antonio, Lubbock, Houston, Fort Worth, Southlake, Bedford and North Richland 
Hills. They were active members of the North Richland Hills Riding Club for 
numerous years and were avid animal lovers. Mrs. Cochrum retired as an Executive 
Assistant with Wendy’s International regional office in Las Colinas, Texas.

She is survived by her husband, Durwood Cochrum; her brother, Bill McNutt & wife 
Tina of Grapevine; nephew, Will McNutt & wife Eboni of Spring; nephew, Garnett 
Cochrum of Waco; niece, Jamie Beard & husband Scott of Groesbeck; great-nephew, 
Dylan Cochrum & wife Justina O’Connell; numerous other very special great, and 
great-great-nieces & nephews.

Mrs. Cochrum was preceded in death by her parents, William & Mable McNutt; her
mother & father-in-law, Lois & Garnett Cochrum; nephew, Kyle McNutt; and brother 
& sister-in-law, Troy & Mary Cochrum.
