Funeral Services Held Oct. 21  

Mr. Rafe W. Coleman, age 79, of College Station and formerly of Teague, passed
away October 18, 2001 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia.  

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21 at Williams & Lord
Chapel in Ruleville, MS. Interment was in Leherton Cemetery in Ruleville.  

Mr. Coleman was born June 17, 1922 in Water Valley, Mississippi. He lived most
of his life in Ruleville, Mississippi, the last 12 years in Teague. He was a
farmer and a member of Dockery Baptist Church in Ruleville, MS.  

He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law: Henry and Sheila Coleman of
College Station and Jackie and Robbye Coleman of Teague; grandchildren: James
Ray Coleman, Shawn Coleman, Justin Coleman, Tyler Harris, Bryan Harris, Austin
Harris; great grandchildren: Shelby Coleman, Autumn Coleman, Travis Coleman;
brother: O.T. Coleman of Ruleville, MS.  

He was preceded in death by his wife, Addie V. Coleman in June 2001 and by two
brothers: Riley Coleman and Sam Coleman.  

Blair-Stubbs of Teague was in charge of arrangements.
