Long Time Resident of County Passes

  Mrs. John H. Coleman, aged 83, who had been in ill health for some time, fell
at her home in the Burleson community, Friday, breaking her hip which caused her
death Sunday. Burial was in the old Woodland cemetery near Kirven, Monday 
afternoon under direction of Burleson Funeral Home. The Revs. Edgar Parker and
R. L. Ryburn conducted religious services.
  Mrs. Coleman was born in Alabama, coming to Texas when 19 years old, and made
her home in the Burleson community every since.
  Near surviving children are her husband and six children: Mrs. E. J. Hood of
Fort Worth, Mrs. Jim Davis of Burleson, Cliff Coleman of Kirven, Mrs. O. W. 
Young, Guy Coleman and Mrs. E. F. Whatley of Burleson.
