EDITH F. COLEMAN, 87, of Plano, TX passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2009 in 
Plano, TX. Burial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 2 at 
Cade Cemetery in Streetman, TX with the Reverend David Cross, nephew of the 
deceased, officiating. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at 
South Main Baptist Church in Pasadena,TX. Edith was born in Winkler, TX to 
Effie and David E. Steele on January 26, 1922. She married Frank S. Coleman of
Streetman, TX on May 30, 1942 in Freestone Co., TX.Edith is preceded in death
by her husband Frank and her oldest son, James. Edith is survived by her son,
Gary Coleman, and his wife, Barbie of Plano, TX; daughter-in-law, Sheila 
Coleman-Fenley of League City, TX; Grandchildren: Courtney Henry and husband, 
Scott of McKinney, TX, Chris Coleman of Lubbock, TX, Morgan Davis and husband,
Eric of London, England, and Barrett Coleman of Dallas, TX. Great-grandchildren
: Brannen Henry and Griffin Henry of McKinney, TX. Edith is also survived by a
sister, Eunice, of Pasadena, TX, and many loving nieces and nephews.
