He was born in Big Springs, Texas on June 7, 1940. Mr. Collier thrived on his adventures in his R.V., and he enjoyed four-wheeling. He was a member of the Freestone County Coon Hunters Association. He was preceded in death by his parents Willie Wesley Collier Sr. and Verdie J. Collier, and his daughter Deanna Helen James. Survivors include his wife Frances Collier of Fairfield. Four grandchildren. Brother Woodrow Collier of Waco, Texas. Sisters and brother-in-laws: Joan and Dean Akin of Grant, Florida, and Sherry and Pete Aude of Lake Ridge, Florida.
