Funeral services for Norma Bertha Como, 86, were held Thursday, June 27, 2002.
Mrs. Como died at Fairview Manor in Fairfield on Saturday, June 22, 2002.

Services at Capps Memorial Chapel was followed by burial at Antioch Cemetery,
seven miles east of Fairfield, in the Turlington Community. Rev. Gilford Vaughn
officiated. Pallbearers were Mrs. Como's close family members.

Mrs. Como was born in Freestone county on February 16, 1916 to Bogan Winn and
Lena Robertson. Mrs. Como was a homemaker.

She was a member of Ward Prairie Baptist Church.

Mrs. Como is survived by her husband, Jack Como of Fairfield; one son, Richard
Cole Como of El Cajon, California; two daughters, Barbara Ann Andrews of Hot
Springs, Arkansas and Debra Gale Silverthorn of El Cajon, California; one
brother Acey Lee Winn of Jerome, Idaho; 11 grand-children and four great
grandchildren.

Arrangements were made under the direction of Capps Memorial Chapel of
Fairfield.
