Nicolas Davila

Graveside services were held Monday at Greenwood Cemetery in Teague for Nicolas 
Davila, 49, of Fairfield who died Thursday, May 1, at East Texas Medical Center in 
Tyler.
Mr. Davila was born in Mexico on May 9, 1958, and worked as a pipe fitter at Mike 
Daniels Construction Company.
Services were conducted by Rev. Rick Gray of Calvary Baptist Church in Mexia.
Mr. Davila is survived by his wife of 30 years Pat Davila of Fairfield; daughters Melanie 
Bonner and husband Rocky, Misty Carter and husband Jason and Stephanie Overall, all 
of Fairfield; stepsons Michael Holloway and wife Mary of Grand Prairie, David 
Holloway and wife Julie of Eagan, Minnesota, and Gary Holloway and wife Wendy of 
Waxahachie; grandchildren Tate, Blake and Kolby Overall, Britney and Seth Morgan, all 
of Fairfield, Maegan and Aron Holloway of Grand Prairie, Jonathan and Caleb Holloway 
of Waxahachie, and Zachary, Allie and Charlie Holloway of Eagan, Minnesota; mother 
Callentana Guerrero of San Martin, Mexico; sisters Inez Contreras and husband Pablo of 
Fairfield, Rufina Escobedo and husband Francesco, and Guadalupe Ramirez and husband 
Lupe, all of Mexico; and uncle Asiano Guerrero Sisneros.
He was preceded in death by his father Victor Davila.
Arrangements were made by Bowers Funeral Home of Teague.
