Private graveside services were held at Driver Cemetery on Wednesday, August 
30, 2006 for Emmanuel Richard Davis, infant son of Chad and Jan Davis of New
Boston, Texas. William G. Bullock of Texarkana officiated.

Emmanuel was born and passed away on August 25, 2006, at Baylor Hospital in 
Dallas. Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Jasey and Joy; his 
maternal grandparents, Donald Ray and Tommie Faye Hogan of Lubbock and great-
grandparents Lawrence Ray and Gustie Lorene Hogan of Lubbock; paternal 
grandparents Richard and Gloria Davis of Groesbeck and great-grandmother 
Imagene Davis of Lubbock. He is also survived by his aunt Alisha Baize, her 
husband Mark and cousins Chad, Dillon and Peyton of Groesbeck, aunt Renee 
Smith and husband Terry of Amarillo, aunt Karen Young and husband Jay of 
Lubbock and uncle Mike and wife Tawyna Hogan of Manor.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Dola Rae Phillips 
and maternal great-grandfather, Tommy O. Elder of Lubbock and his paternal 
great-grandparents Asa W. and Eula Mae Pickett of Teague and great-grandfather
Samuel Arthur Davis of Midland.
