Deceased Name: Anton Davis

FORT WORTH - Anton Davis, a retired janitor, died Saturday at a Fort Worth 
hospital. He was 68.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Stop Six Church of Christ, where he was
a member. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Gregory W. Spencer
Funeral Directors.

Mr. Davis was born in Fairfield in Central Texas and had lived in Fort Worth
since 1965.

Survivors: Wife for 48 years, Dovie Allen Davis of Fort Worth; eight sons, 
Karnervies Davis, John L. Davis, Lee Cloyd Davis, Vernell Davis, Gary Earl 
Davis, Ocie Lee Davis, Carl Davis and Ray Edward Davis, all of Fort Worth; 
four daughters, Josephine Lacy, Sammie Joiner, Anna Hall and Anita Wilcox, all
of Fort Worth; five sisters, Pearline Allen and Alice Thompson, both of Fort
Worth, Anna Newell of Waxahachie and Cinderella Hall and Francie Pickens, both
of Dallas; 34 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-
grandchildren.
