Joseph A. Dean

  Graveside services for Mr. Joseph A. Dean, 76, were held on Saturday, March 30, 
2013, at 9:00 a.m. at Driver Cemetery near Teague.
  Mr. Dean passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013, at East Texas Medical Center 
in Fairfield. He was born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, to Joseph W. and Helen 
Dean. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for two years. Mr. Dean worked as a 
carpenter and was known as a "Jack of all trades" for all his life. He had 
resided in Teague for about two years. Mr. Dean was a Catholic.
  He is survived by his wife, Patricia Marie Dean of Teague; five children; nine 
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
