Fairfield Recorder - May 21, 1906 edition

Having just returned form a funeral, Mrs. Dunn, wife of Sampson Dunn, a farmer
living on the south side of Wortham, was struck by lightening in her own home.
Her baby and mother, who were sitting next to her were unharmed.  The window
through which the lightening entered the house was shattered.
