Annie Lou (Barree) Evans


Mrs. Annie Lou Evans was born March 16, 1910 in Streetman, Texas to John and 
Lou Ellen Barree. She received her education at Couchman School in Streetman.
Mrs. Evans was married to the late Chester Field Evans who preceded her in 
death in 1979.

Mrs. Evans was self employed as a beautician for over 60 years before retiring
in 1996. She was a member of Golden State Missionary Baptist Church for over 
60 years.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, Chauncey L. McBride; nieces,
Charlene D. Taylor, Kimmi M. Cunningham, Rachel R. Dance and Pauline D. 
Cardon; nephew, Jackie Barree; great niece, Bennie R. Dance and a host of 
other relatives and friends.
