ARTHUR LEE EVANS, JR.

Memorial services will be held Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. at Moore’s 
Angelic Funeral Home of Teague for Arthur Evans, Jr., 63, who died December 
25, 2010 of a sudden heart attack in Kansas City, MO.

Mr. Evans was born Oct. 23, 1947, to Arthur Lee Evans, Sr. and Lessie Baree 
Evans.

He was a graduate of Dogan high school, a long distance truck driver until 
his health required him to retire, and a believer in Christ.

Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his parents and two infant sons, Alford 
O’Neal Evans and Milam Evans.

He is survived by daughters Decarla Evans Porter, Catrina Cooper, Latonya 
Evans and Oletha Davis; son Arthur Lee Evans, III; aunt Clemmie Evans Edward; 
eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; caregiver Brandy Caraveco and 
family; a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
