Freestone County, Texas Obituaries [Brenda (Brannum) Ferguson] Fairfield Recorder December 16, 2010 BRENDA FERGUSON Graveside services were held Tuesday in the Dew Cemetery for Brenda Ferguson, 58, of Buffalo who died Monday morning among family and friends. Mrs. Ferguson was one of nine children born in Bryan to Elmo Moran and Jean Brannum. She grew up in Texas and married Dickie Lynn Ferguson, Sr. Mrs. Ferguson was a member of Lanely United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband; sons Dickie Lynn Ferguson, Jr. and wife Anita of Waco and James Earl Ferguson and wife Melissa of Fairfield; daughters Mary Jean Ferguson and Alberto Balderas of Waco, Samantha Ferguson of Buffalo, Ashley Ferguson of Waco, and Brittany Cherie Hayes of Fairfield; siblings Carolyn Moran, Ginny Simmons, Mary Kykora, Betty Heron, James Paul Moran, Andy Moran, Leslie Moran and Chester Moran; grandchildren Micah, Caleb, Christina, Jeremiah, Joyce, and Chayton; and dear friends Charlene Little and Belinda Mathis. Pallbearers were Jayson Cooley, Scott Sykora, Matthew Sykora, Micah Mount, Caleb Mount, Jeff Whiteside, Dustin Bragg, and Jeremiah Mount. Honorary pallbearers were James Ferguson, Dave Simons, Dickie Ferguson, Jr. and Jody Little. Officiating services was pastor Jesse Haynes of Lanely United Methodist Church. Making arrangements was Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home in Teague.
