Corinne Wilson Flanagin
March 5, 1917 — June 8, 2001

CAMERON — Services for Corinne Wilson Flanagin, 84, of Houston are set for 11
a.m. Monday in the Kathryn W. Green Chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home in
Cameron.

The Rev. James E. Lafferty will officiate. Burial will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday
at Oakwood Cemetery in Teague.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Flanagin died Friday at her home.

She was born in Teague and graduated from the University of Texas. She was
retired as a school lunchroom supervisor for schools in Bryan and Beaumont.
Survivors include two sons, Joe Mingus of Sheridan, Wyo., and Tim Mingus of
Houston; a daughter, Margaret Cassady of Flower Mound; three step-sons, Jerry
Flanagin and Kyle Flanagin, both of Houston, and Jimmy Flanagin of Austin; a
stepdaughter, Beth Goins of Houston; a brother, Gene Wilson of Fairfield; three
sisters, Kathryn W. “Kay” Green of Cameron, Rosalie Withrow of Thousand Oaks,
Calif., and Opal Hanbey of Marysville, Wash.; and three grandchildren.
