Karen (Thornton) Flanary
Sept. 26, 1961 - March 6, 2006

BUFFALO - Services for Karen Flanary, 44, of Buffalo are set for 2 p.m. Friday
at Buffalo Funeral Home.

Burial will be at Mexia City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8
p.m. Thursday, with the family present from 5:30 to 8 p.m., and from 9 a.m. to
the time of services Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Flanary died Monday in Fairfield. She was a registered nurse with Home
Sweet Home Health Care in Centerville and Crockett.

Survivors include her husband, James "Bubba" Flanary of Buffalo; her mother,
Bonnie Jeannette Whittington of Teague; her stepmother, DeLois Lane of Mexia; a
stepson, Jessie Flanary of Eddie; a daughter, Kristi Jones of Mexia; two
brothers, Slim Thornton of Mexia and Pete Thornton of Corsicana; two sisters,
Sharon
