Ernest Jessie Folk Jr. 

Ernest Jessie Folk Jr., 75, of Belle Chase, Louis. passes away Friday, July 16,
1999 in Falls Community, Texas.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Capps Memorial Chapel in Fairfield with the
Rev. O.D. Christian officiating. A Masonic burial will follow at Lake Chapel
Cemetery in Fairfield.

He was born Oct. 28, 1923 in Fairfield. Mr. Folk was a pipe inspector in the
oil field construction industry. He was a member of Vandalia (Missouri) Masonic
Lodge No. 491 AF&AM and Fairfield VFW. Mr. Folk served in the U.S. Army during
World War II.

Mr. Folk is survived by his wife, Florene Folk of Belle Chase, Louis.;
daughter, Tina Lori Folk of Belle Chase, Louis.; son, Robert Tate Folk of
Willis, Texas; and two brothers, Larry Folk of Willis and Wayne Folk of
Nacogdoches.

Pallbearers will be Joe Neil Folk, William "Baby" Evans, Jon Michael Folk,
Clifford Caldwell, Doug Fraley, Larry Folk and James Ernest Folk.

Honorary pallbearers will be Sam Carroll, Aubrey Childs and Paul "Pill"
Blakely.
