Biography
Viola A. Fox, 85, of Oakwood, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at her 
residence in Oakwood. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2010 at 
Capps Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ken Pruitt officiating. Interment will follow
at Driver Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral
home.

Mrs. Fox was born November 5, 1924 in Palestine to Daniel and Lexanna Bailey 
Bishop. She had been an Oakwood resident for 41 years and was a member of the 
First Baptist Church of Oakwood. In addition to her parents she was preceded in
death by her first husband, Jesse Ray Wilson; two brothers and three sisters.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband Jessie Fox of Oakwood; three 
children, Barbara Dotson and husband Billy of Fairfield; Paul Wilson and wife 
Lawis of Buffalo; Linda Ward and husband Willie of Fairfield; seven 
grandchildren, Jerry Dotson, Rob Dotson, Carla Sessions, Johnny Ward, Chase
Wilson, Windy Reed and Cory Ward; 19 great-grandchildren

Visitation: Thursday April 29, 2010, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Capps Memorial Chapel
Funeral Service: Friday April 30, 2010, 2:00 pm at Capps Memorial Chapel
Interment: Friday April 30, 2010 at Driver Cemetery
