Fairfield Recorder - Sept. 25, 1896

DIED - Mrs. Garrett, wife of Mr. T.H. Garrett, 9 miles south east of Fairfield 
died on 14th. She was 44 years old, reared in this county from early girlhood, 
lived all her life in the immediate neighborhood where she died. Was sister of 
Mr. D.H. Claridge of same neighborhood.  Her remains were laid to rest in the 
Mt. Zion Cemetery. She left a husband & 8 children.
