Freestone County, Texas Obituaries The Teague Chronicle Dec. 24, 2009 issue EVA MARIE HENDERSON-GLASCO Homegoing celebrations for Eva Marie Henderson-Glasco, 71, of Dallas, Texas (formerly of Teague) were held Wednesday, December 23, 2009,at Bon Air Missionary Baptist Church 5707 Bonnie View Road, Dallas, Texas, 75241, as well as 3:00 p.m. at Avant A.M.E Church, Hwy 179, CR. 661, Teague, Texas 75860. Pastor Bill Burton of St. Thomas AME Church, Alto, Texas, officiated. Eva Marie graduated Booker T. Washington High School, 1957 Teague, TX. She was employed at Dickey’s Barbecue for many years. She was a member of Saint John Primitive Baptist Church. Dallas, Texas, where she served for many years. Prior to her death she was an active member of Bon Air Missionary Baptist Church Dallas. She served on the Social Committee for the Golden Ages, Food Committee, and attended Sunday school faithfully. She passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on December 18, 2009. She is survived by seven children: Doris (Dot) Johnson, Flecia Mosley, Don (Boo) Glasco Jr., Darrell Glasco Sr., Debra (Renee) Jones, Frederic (Russell) Glasco, and Jeffrey Glasco all of Dallas Texas; three brothers: Billie, Henderson, Fort Worth, TX, Adam Henderson, Dallas, TX, and Clyde Henderson, Rice, TX; three sisters: Carrie Harris, Dallas, TX, Mary Louis Phillips, Spencer, OK., Allyne Barner, New Orleans, LA; step-mother Evelyn Henderson, Teague; twenty– eight grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; one uncle: Herod (Curtiss) and three aunts: Zepher (Coot), Idias, and Atherilla; a Special Son-in-law: James Johnson, one God Uncle: Rufus Jackson Sr., two God- daughters: Betty Wafer and Rhonda Bell, one God-son: Edward Jackson, a best friend: Ruby L.
