Fairfield Recorder - Thursday February 2, 2006 edition Grace McIlveen Grace McIlveen of Fairfield died January 26 in the Fairfield East Texas Medical Center. Funeral services were held Sunday in the Fairfield Baptist Church with pastor A. L. Thibodeaux officiating. Interment was at Methodist Cemetery in Fairfield. Mrs. McIlveen lived in Fairfield most of her life and was a member of Fairfield Baptist Church. She was a private piano teacher, served as musician for a number of churches in Freestone county and owned and operated McIlveen's Washateria in Fairfield. Surviving Mrs. McIlveen are her daughter Sue Ann Cunningham and husband Floy of Fairfield; sisters Henry Earl Norris of Dallas and Gloria Jean Lezine of Beverly Hills, California and brothers-in-law Milford McIlveen and Lincoln McIlveen and wife Clara all of Fairfield. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Reanna Sadler of Houston, Michelle Ousby and her husband of Germany, Julia Warren of Tennessee, Leslie Cunningham of Huntsville and Floy Cunningham, Jr. of Tyler; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation began this morning at 10 and lasts until 4 p.m. at Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home. A Gospel Wake Service will be held tonight from 6 until 8 o’clock at Fairfield Baptist Church on Huckaby Street. Choirs, signing groups and soloists will participate. Funeral services for Mrs. McIlveen will be Sunday afternoon, Jan. 29, 2006, at 2 o’clock in Fairfield Baptist Church on Huckaby Street, with the pastor, Moderator A.L. Thibodeaux, officiating.
