Lela Barksdale Graham

Lela Barksdale Graham, 89, of Weatherford and formerly of Wortham, passed away 
Sept. 10, 2014 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, Sept. 13, at 1 p.m. at Cade Cemetery 
in Navarro County. Family visitation was held Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at 
Porter Chapel in Wortham.

Graham was born Nov. 27, 1924 in Streetman to William and Dovie Cantrell Miller. 
She was a homemaker who loved taking care of her children and grandchildren.

Lela was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Graham Sr.; son, Harvey Graham 
Jr.; and her parents.

Survivors include her daughters, Karen Elaine Michaels of Weatherford, Edna Locke 
of Florida and Judy Lewis of Weatherford; son, Marcus Graham of Wortham; 12 
grandchildren; 28-eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
