Osa Lee GRANBERRY, age 86, a retired farmer of Simms, Texas, died in Naples
hospital, Saturday night at 9 p.m. Mr. Granberry was born at Fairfield, Texas
and had been a resident of Bowie County for a long number of years. He is
survived by seven sons; Glenn Granberry, Garfield, TX; O.L. Travis, Talbert,
and Sam Granberry all of Simms, Texas; cycle and John Granberry, both of 
Rockwell, Texas; three daughters; Mrs. J.D. Baker, Minden LA; Mrs. Lorene
Farrell of Nash Texas; Mrs. Milton Daniels, imams; two sisters, Mrs. Nora 
Gannon, Maud, Texas and Mrs. Carrie Moorman, Texarkana, Texas; 21 
grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at
2 p.m. Monday at the College Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Hulbert Walker 
and the Rev. Carl Raleigh officiating. Burial will be in the College Hill 
Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorry bearers will be 
friends of the family. The body will remain at the Hanner Funeral Home until
on hours before the services.
