Obituary for Mrs. Mary E. "Mollie" (Spencer) Grant
   (Mar., 1874-	Jun. 6, 1902)


Fairfield Recorder - June 13, 1902

YOUNG - We are sorry to have to report the death of Mrs. Mollie Grant, who died 
on the 6th inst., at 6 o’clock P.M. she leaves a husband and three children, 
and father and mother, Mr. B.A. Spencer and wife, and two brothers and one 
sister, to mourn her loss.  Her remains were interred in the Rehoboth cemetery,
Rev. J.B. Casey officiating.

IN MEMORY:  Mrs. Mollie Grant was born in 1874, and died June 5th, 1902.  She 
was raised in Freestone county near Young, and has lived here all her life.  
In 1889 she professed faith in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in a meeting 
conducted by Rev. E.J. Brown, and was baptized by him.  In 1895 she was married
to Mr. G.A. Grant.  She said she was gong to be with her blessed Savior and 
her 3 little sisters and brother Mart, who went last fall.
